ABOUT DR. HEIDI KUSSMANN ND FABNO

Dr. Kussmann graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Victoria (Canada) in 1997 and with a degree in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Canada) in 2002. Dr. Kussmann entered private practice and over the next 7 years grew two successful naturopathic medicine family practice and oncology care clinics in southern Ontario, Canada.  She obtained her board certification in Oncology from the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology in 2010 and was recruited to Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2010. While at CTCA she worked with an outpatient integrative oncology team (MD, RN, ND, RD) and successfully impacted the lives of people living with cancer via side effect reduction, weight maintenance, and a mindful, collaborative approach to working with oncology professionals.

 

Dr Kussmann is a renowned speaker and provides evidence based findings to colleagues and patients at conferences, MDT and meetings.  She is an accomplished technical writer with editorial and advisory experience, published in peer review journals, submitting research grant applications, in addition to raising funds for research studies. Currently living in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Heidi looks forward to supporting you in achieving your health goals with her telemedicine practice providing supportive cancer care to people in the UAE and around the world.
